Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. After careful consideration of the ongoing spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) overseas and in the United States, ECWA USA DCC Planning Committee decided not to conduct this year’s conference in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. The 2020 National Conference has been rescheduled for July 2021. We ask for your patience as we work diligently to provide you with details of next year’s conference as soon as possible.
For those of you that have already registered for the conference, please let us know if you would like your 2020 registration fees refunded or be kept for your 2021 registration. If we do not hear from you by the end of June, the money will automatically be saved for next year’s conference.
We urge those who have booked their hotel reservations to contact the hotel directly at +1 678-216-1900 to cancel your room reservation. Secondly, although several flights have been cancelled, it is still important to contact your airline as soon as possible to cancel your flight.
